Class Definitions
Classes are rank specific. Higher rank students may attend lower rank classes to work on lower rank material.
- Intros: This is for people that have not yet enrolled in classes.
- Beginners: This is for WHITE, YELLOW and ALL ORANGE BELTS.
- Sparring class: open to all students regardless of rank. Approved sparring gear REQUIRED.
- Kids Power: A six week introductory class for boys and girls ages 5-12.
